Caspian Breeze Guest House

A genuinely small guest house — six rooms, one family, no reception desk. You are given a key and a phone number, and if you need anything someone appears within about two minutes.

Rooms two and five have a slice of sea view over the rooftops. All of them are clean, simple and quiet after nine at night when the tea house downstairs closes.

Breakfast is included and served in the tea house: eggs however you want them, bread, cheese, jam, and tea in the proper armudu glasses. This is the cheapest way to sleep this close to the boulevard.
