Sahil Garden Rooms

A small guest house on the first and second floors of a Soviet-era block, completely renovated inside. Eight rooms, all doubles, all facing the internal garden rather than the avenue — which is why it is as quiet as it is given the location.

It is deliberately simple: a good bed, a good shower, a desk, blackout curtains and strong Wi-Fi. No restaurant, no bar, no gym. Breakfast is brought to your room on a tray if you ask the night before.

Sahil metro is three minutes away, Fountain Square is six, and the Old City gate is about ten. For one or two people this is the most sensible price-to-location ratio in the centre.
