Nizami Street Suites is not trying to be characterful and is better for it. The rooms are consistent, the air conditioning is quiet, the Wi-Fi holds a video call, and check-in takes under four minutes.

Breakfast runs from 06:30, which matters if you are flying out early. The fitness room is small but has free weights and two treadmills, and it is open from six until eleven at night.

The pedestrian section of Nizami Street is directly outside, so there is no car noise at all — but also no car access. Taxis stop at the corner of Rashid Behbudov, about eighty metres away.
